Temecula Valley Based Model Polly Plum

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Polly Plum now on a couple shoots. Temecula Valley based model Polly Plum is a joy to work with. Not afraid to get up early and is camera ready from the moment she hits the location.

I get a lot of question from new photographers asking how to find such beautiful models as Polly and how to make contact with them. So I have asked Polly the top 5 questions asked from photographers. And Polly being the professional Model she is answered the questions for us.

1) What made you want to be a model?
I've always wanted to model when I was younger, but I was always told I was too short, too skinny, whatever. Honestly, I kind of just jumped right into it one day. Haha

2) How has modeling changed your life? Modeling has changed my life in a HUGE way. Its helped me to feel more confident in my own skin and become more social and less anxious.

3) What is your favorite part of modeling? I'd say that my favorite part of modeling is getting to meet all kinds of new and amazing people.

4) How long have you been a model? I've been modeling now for just a little under two years.

5)How do you find a photographer?
I usually find photographers either at car shows or meet and greet shoots. I also do quite a bit of networking online.

High Desert with Chelsea

Shooting with Chelsea in the High Desert of Victorville CA is always a fun shoot.

So we arrive at the location early on a Saturday morning and the weather was perfect for this shoot.

Equipment used:
Nikon D7000 Body
Nikor 70-300mm f/4.5
Nikon SB910 Speed Flash

Only used one flash on the Hot Shoe for this shoot. No reflectors just one flash. Chelsea as always is on time and camera ready. So with a short time to get the images we need, we start shooting. Here are a few samples from our shoot. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment.
